LandLab was set up by John Kennedy in 2003, and is run by two directors, John Kennedy and Janine Kennedy.

We are a nationally recognised, award winning regional practice with a with an international outlook.  We have a strong portfolio of small to medium scale projects such as private gardens, farm scale wind turbines, community parks and environmental assessment for small to medium scale civils works.

We also have a proven track record working on large high – profile projects as part of larger multi-disciplinary teams with multi-agency client groups. In this role, we understand the importance of good working relationships and clear communication between the public, the client group, and the project team to successfully deliver large scale construction projects.

LandLab has low overheads and a small core team. This allows us to be responsive to the needs of different projects, to encourage fresh thinking and innovation, and make sure all projects are director – led.
